Position Summary

The Operations Staff Member is responsible for supporting all aspects of event setup, changeover, teardown, and facility readiness. This role plays a critical part in ensuring events are executed efficiently, safely, and according to established layout specifications and timelines. Primary responsibilities include setting up and dismantling stages, seating configurations, tables, equipment, and back-of-house (BOH) spaces.
