Questions

How does billing work?

Premium is billed once a year by card through Stripe. Your first year is $149.50 (50% off). It then renews at $299 a year. You get an invoice and receipt for every payment, kept in Billing.

Do you add VAT?

Prices exclude VAT. UK customers pay 20% VAT on top. In the EU we sell to businesses with a VAT number, which we check with the EU's VAT register; no VAT is added (reverse charge). Customers everywhere else pay no VAT.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time from Billing. Premium stays on until the end of the year you've paid for and doesn't renew. Your jobs, applicants and timesheets stay in your account.

Do workers pay anything?

No. Workers never pay to find work, apply, or use their shifts and timesheets.

Who am I buying from?

Event Job Site is run by Watts Digital Consulting Ltd, who will invoice you.
