Event Bar/Concessions Worker

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and break down of inventory at assigned bar/concession stand

Prepare garnishes/mixers for cocktails and polishes barware

Inventory assigned bar and concession stand before and after every event on inventory forms

Handles a cash register that accepts all forms of payment through the Clover point of sale system

Prepare and finalize appropriate inventory and sales closeout sheets

Ensure all health codes are followed

Work in conjunction with barbacks during event to keep bar fully stocked

Serves customers in accordance with Legend Global alcohol policy

Establishes and maintains positive client relationships

Other duties as assigned

Must be 21 years of age or older

Knowledge of mixology

Attention to detail

Good oral and written communication skills

Basic working knowledge of bar operations
