Banquet Supervisor

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Part Time Banquet Supervisor at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts 01608.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position oversees all Banquet Functions to include , coffee breaks, buffet, plated and reception events all functions serving any food & beverage items.  This position also oversees banquets in the absence of the Food & Beverage Banquet Manager.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for catered events of approximately 10 – 2000+ guests

Train all Banquet Servers and Back aisle Attendants.

Fulfill the service per each Banquet Event Orders (BEO)

Communicate with meeting planners to ensure all needs have been met

Conduct pre-meal briefings

Prepare tasks for function rooms settings, station diagrams, and side work lists

Maintain all Banquet equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.

Maintain a Health Department score of 90 or higher.

Must be creative in designing buffets and coffee break décor.

Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service is a must …
