Summary

• ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a part-time Operations Staff - Custodian position for Legends Global/Florence Center. This is a hands-on position responsible for cleaning of the facility in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
• The Operations Staff will assist the Sr. Operations Manager with the daily activities required to run, maintain, and service the facility and events.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas at all times.

Clean and sanitize work areas to include floors, walls, glass doors, panels, restrooms and etc.

Ensure proper storage of cleaning supplies in accordance with safety regulations and facility guidelines.

Empty trash receptacles in assigned areas.

Maintain custodial equipment.

Assist the setup department with various tasks when needed.

Follow all safety rules and regulations.

Report any unsafe or hazardous conditions to supervisor immediately.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager. …
