Catering Server

• PRIMARY FUNCTION:
• Under the direction of the Catering Manager and Supervisor(s), is responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service for guests and their food and beverage experience.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.

Reports for scheduled event on time and reports to assigned area in a timely manner.

Fulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management and supervisors.

Maintains the highest level of professionalism and service while abiding by Legends’ handbook and service standards.

Efficiently sets up, maintains, and breaks down for all functions.

Is knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium.

Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and services offered.

Abides by Legends Sequence of Service when interacting with guests.

Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work environment.

Communicates professionally with Supervisors and Management.

Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within all areas of the stadium. …
