• As a new addition in our fastest growing business vertical, Legends designed, built and operates Sky View Observatory (“SVO”), an innovative guest experience on the 73rd floor of the Columbia Center. SVO will set a new standard in the observatory experience in Seattle. Breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views including Mt. Rainier, Bellevue.

• THE ROLE
• A Cook is responsible for the food preparation, execution, and delivery of safely handled food to the customer facing employees for service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Maintain a professional, positive attitude while delivering high-quality food service in a fast-paced environment

Execute opening and closing procedures, including prep, sanitation, and end-of-day reconciliation

Follow daily prep lists and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

Prepare food according to standardized recipes while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including storage spaces and equipment
