• Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is the ultimate night out, with state-of-the-art sound and lighting, 19 premier bowling lanes, 4 bars and comfort food.

The Role: Bartender - Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guests in a friendly, efficient, professional manner. This is a part-time position that participates in a tip pool with barbacks, runners and servers.

Responsibilities:

Interact with guests in a natural, friendly manner

Cultivate regular guests and repeat business

Successfully complete a pour test at manager discretion

Suggestively sell both beverage and menu items to guests at the bar

Deliver food items and beverage orders promptly

Prioritize and organize drink orders

Consistently prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications, abide by all control systems

Report any equipment failure and/or safety hazards to management

Recognize when guests are becoming too intoxicated and refuse further service of alcohol in a courteous and safety-minded manner, bringing it to the attention of a manager
