- Position Summary
- The Event Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned events at Marshall Health Network Arena and the Convention Center in alignment with Legends Global service standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the venue and promoters, tenants, exhibitors, meeting planners, convention organizers, clients, vendors, and internal departments. The Event Manager oversees assigned events from sales handoff through post-event reporting and settlement support, ensuring contractual obligations, operational requirements, and client expectations are successfully fulfilled. Event assignments may include concerts, sporting events, family shows, trade shows, conventions, conferences, meetings, banquets, consumer shows, community events and other special events.
