Safety & Security Lead

• THE ROLE
• This leadership role is responsible for Adhering and training security to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, clients, and the facility while delivering a best-in-class guest experience.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational planning, emergency response coordination, and event security management experience within a public assembly venue, convention center, arena, stadium, or similar live entertainment environment.

• Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Include but are not limited to:

Supervises and assigns security shift staff.

Conducts shift briefings with staff providing necessary information.

Reviews department checklist and accounts for all equipment.

Print and review Event resumes with team.

Notifies supervisor of necessary employee corrections.

Secures property.

Locks and unlocks facility doors as needed for events and staff

Conducts routine property walks.

Responds to emergency situations.

Handles Incident reports & Property damage reports

Interacts with the public and all levels of management and fellow employees.

Secures the safety of all individuals on the premises. …
