Position Summary

The Event Manager will oversee all phases of assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; hire, train, schedule, and manage all guest services staff to ensure events run smoothly. The Event Manager will also coordinate communication between departments and delegate assignments and be responsible for ensuring overall customer and client satisfaction.
