• Summary
• Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Line Cook for Spurs Club. Responsible for - preparing food in a timely matter, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner. The Line Cook must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively. Line Cook must be prepared to work as a team member in a dynamic workplace, follow all safety procedures, and have a high threshold for heat in a kitchen environment.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service.

Prepare a variety of foods, meat, seafood, poultry, vegetable, and cold food items

Properly labels and dates food items for storage.

Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products to assure a smooth service period.
