Position Summary

The Lead Catering Captain provides support and assistance with catering activities as well as providing assistance to the Catering Managers in the profitable management of catering operations, as needed. The Lead Catering Captain will actively and independently lead a positive, harmonious, compliant, and cooperative work environment. The Lead Catering Captain will provide oversight and resolution responsibilities for employee performance issues.
