- Summary
- Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the General Manager for Legends Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena. The Catering Attendant oversees all catering functions to ensure that the assigned events and activities are organized and executed resulting in the complete satisfaction of the guests attending the event.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assists in maintaining, organizing and cleaning all banquet equipment.
- Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service.
- Ensures all signage is properly displayed for each event
- Fulfill the service per each Banquet Event Orders (BEO), as well as Catering Department Service Standards.
- Must adhere to the SMG dress code which includes wearing black pants and non-slip soled closed toe shoes.
