Event Staff are responsible for providing excellent guest service for events at both the Rapides Parish Coliseum and The Entertainment Center at Rapides Parish Coliseum. The applicant should be a self-starter who is able to operate under minimal supervision to act as a ticket scanner, bag checker, crowd manager, or in any other related area when assigned.

Greet guests with a smile as they enter the Rapides Parish Coliseum & Entertainment Center

Scan tickets and ensure all guests have a proper ticket/credential.

Provide guests with friendly and accurate directions.

Check tickets for guests attempting to access their section and assist them in locating their seat.

Direct guests to other services around the facility, including restrooms, concessions, first-aid, and other event-specific locations as directed by the Event Coordinator. …
