• Summary
• ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Ticket Seller at the Shreveport Convention Center/Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport, Louisiana. Under direction of the Box Office Manager & Director of Finance, the Part Time Ticket Seller team member's primary responsibilities include the following functions in accordance with ASM policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to courteously interact with the public face to face.

Open and/or closes ticket window as required

Accurately issue tickets purchased by patrons; accepts payment and makes change accurately.

Accurate accounting for ticket revenue.

Maintain a cash drawer.

Provide information to the public regarding tickets and facility events.

Direct ticketing issues to the Box Office Manager/Director of Finance.

Maintain a professional and polite relationship with co-workers, clients, and the public.

Maintain an organized work area in a professional, neat and clean manner. …
