Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - Branson Convention Center

Summary

• This position is responsible for overseeing the full-time and part-time banquet servers, as well as contracted personnel, within the Food and Beverage Department. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Assistant Manager is accountable for the planning and execution of catering and concessions events, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is responsible for fulfilling goals and adhering to budgets established by the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise, direct and train all banquet personnel including but not limited to all hourly servers, bartenders, concessionaires, banquet captains and temp staff.

Ensure the proper set-up of the event rooms as it relates to food & beverage in accordance with event diagrams and communicate any necessary adjustments or recommendations with the event services staff
