• Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager
• FLSA Status: Part-time Hourly, Non-Exempt

The Concessions Stand Lead operates the concession stand in accordance with Legends Global policies and procedures and is responsible for providing a quality product to patrons in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner; utilizing our Guest Service Standards and Responsible Alcohol Service in all transactions.

Essential Functions

Enforces Legends Global/Savor policies and procedures

Ensures all inventory is counted before and after events

Inputs all inventory counts in the POS

Assigns associate duties

Conducts pre-shift meetings

Monitors production levels

Must adhere to the ASM Global dress code

Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

Previous food service experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance
