- Position Summary
- Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an immediate opening for a
- Maintenance Technician II for the four water parks. The Maintenance Technician II is an advanced skilled
- position responsible for inspection, preventive maintenance, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of aquatic
- and facility systems.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform Maintenance Technician I duties at an advanced level of technical competency and independence.
- Conduct assigned daily safety inspections and ensure water chemistry is within CDC and local health
- department guidelines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex or recurring failures involving pumps, motors, filtration, chemical
- controllers, plumbing, hydraulics, drainage, electrical components, and related facility systems.
- Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with manufacturers' manuals and
- guidelines.
- Identify root causes of recurring equipment problems and recommend repair, replacement, or contractor
- support.
- Read and interpret manufacturer manuals, technical documentation, diagrams, and equipment specifications. …
