• THE ROLE
• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Apparel Production Manager to lead production for a high-volume apparel division serving major retail accounts. In this leadership role, you will oversee the full production lifecycle from development through delivery, ensuring product quality, on-time execution, and margin optimization across multiple large-scale programs. This is not a remote position. This position reports into the SVP of Consumer Products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the full production lifecycle from development through delivery ensuring product quality, on-time execution, and margin optimization across multiple large-scale programs

Lead and manage the production calendar, ensuring all key milestones are met across multiple programs

Oversee vendor capacity planning and workload distribution to align with order volume and delivery timelines

Partner cross-functionally with Graphic Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, and Sales to execute seasonal strategies

Negotiate cost, delivery terms, and production lead times with factories to achieve margin goals …
