Lead Dishwasher

• POSITION SUMMARY:
• This position oversees all dishwashing functions. Responsible for inventory of all china, glass, silver and serving equipment; cleaning of all Food & Beverage food prep and servicing areas, to include main kitchen, concessions kitchen and back hallways. Ensures equipment is cleaned, organized, and delivered for functions in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.

Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.

Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

Ensure that all staff has reported for work.

Coordinate breaks for assigned staff.

Communicate additions or changes to the assignment sheets as they arise throughout the shift.

Check and maintain supply levels in remote storage locations. Complete requisition for additional supplies needed to maintain par levels.

Inspect cleanliness and organization of storage areas. Assign designated personnel to rectify any deficiencies. …
