Safety Manager

• THE ROLE
• The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety, life safety, risk management, and compliance programs across the venue and its event operations. The Safety Manager works closely with Venue Operations, Facilities, Security, Human Resources, Event Management, Engineering, and external partners to identify and mitigate risks, maintain regulatory compliance, strengthen emergency preparedness, and ensure safety standards are consistently applied across daily operations and events.

• Safety & Risk Management

Lead and oversee Legends Global comprehensive safety program, including serving as Chairperson of the Safety Steering Committee.

Develop, implement, review, and continuously improve venue safety policies, procedures, and best practices.

Conduct regular facility and event inspections to identify hazards, deficiencies, unsafe conditions, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop corrective action plans and work with appropriate departments and vendors to ensure deficiencies are addressed in a timely manner. …
