Summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Concessions Cook for Legends Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena – Pinewood Bowl. Responsible for – preparing and serving hot and/or cold food items, in accordance with Legends Global’s Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Properly prepares, measures, and portions all food items in a timely manner.

Complies with all quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.

Utilizes and sets up kitchen equipment to prepare food items.

Packages all products to proper specifications.

Performs opening, closing and side work duties as instructed.

Keeps workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.

Uses waste control guidelines and records all waste on spoilage sheet. …
