• POSITION SUMMARY:
• This position maintains, monitors and controls Mohegan Arena facilities in an efficient manner during events and on non-event days by performing highly diversified duties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the facility.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair building operating systems including boilers, chillers, air handlers, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and some IT and audio visual

Maintain the building structure and equipment, including food service equipment and various vehicles (i.e., Zamboni, forklifts, etc.)

Operate Mohegan Arena equipment including, but not limited to, Zamboni, forklift, pickup truck, scissor lift, tractor, power tools, hand tools, etc.

Inspect systems throughout facility regularly in an organized manner to detect malfunctions or breakdowns and implement corrective actions and solutions. …
