The Box Office and Ticket Attendant is responsible for assisting with customers’ venue questions, scanning event tickets, help maintain the cleanliness of the venue and assist with any seat accommodations needed throughout the event.
• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform exceptional customer service.

Well understanding and operation of ticket scanning devices.

Ticket scanning throughout the duration of the event

Direct and assist patrons with any venue questions

Assists at the Box Office windows when needed during events, demonstrating excellent customer service by handling difficult customer service or ticketing issues

Answer questions efficiently and courteously concerning pricing, seating, and upcoming events …
