Preparing and cooking high-quality food to company specifications.

Supporting the delivery of premium hospitality and stadium catering operations.

Working across multiple kitchen sections to ensure smooth service.

Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with the preparation and delivery of matchday menus.

Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.

Ensuring all food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures are followed.

Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries and kitchen organisation. …
