Essential duties and Responsibilities including the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Stage plates and setup breakdown area prior to events.

Assist FOH prior to events as needed

Maintains sanitary and safe work environment.

Always maintains clean dry floors and walls, including sweeping and mopping.

Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.

Washes pots, pans, trays, worktables, walls, ranges, refrigerators, and meat blocks.

Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.

Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.

Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.

Help keep all China, Glass, and Silver in place, along with keeping the Banquet storage areas stocked and orderly.

Help with light prep cooking and plating up.

Assist with proper food storage and rotation.

Report to work when scheduled, on time, in proper and clean uniform, including name tag. Personal appearance and grooming must conform to TCC dress code.

Keep track of the cleaning supply usages and inform Chef when supplies are getting low. …
