Event Manager - Cabarrus Arena & Events Center

• Summary
• The Event Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of assigned events at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. The position serves as the primary facility contact for clients following booking and coordinates event requirements with clients, facility departments, contractors, and event-day staff.

The Event Manager ensures that event plans are communicated accurately and on time, facility policies and contractual requirements are followed, and appropriate staffing and services are arranged. Assigned events must be executed safely, efficiently, and professionally. The position also shares responsibility for supervising and developing part-time Event Services staff.
