Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assists the FOH team in Restaurant operations.

Keeps the BOH workspace tidy and in order.

Setting up BOH areas each day to the House standards.

Closing FOH/BOH areas each day to the House standards.

Running food to the correct tables.

Provide detailed descriptions of delivered food products. …
