Position Summary

As an Event Staff Supervisor you will play a key leadership role in delivering a safe, friendly, and memorable experience for every guest. You will oversee and support team members in various roles—including ushers, ticket scanners, greeters, and concourse customer service staff—while ensuring that each area of the venue operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include training, coaching, and supervising staff, responding to guest concerns, and maintaining high service standards across all touchpoints.
