- A Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in maintaining high food quality standards and ensuring the smooth running of kitchen operations. Responsibilities include food preparation and presentation, menu planning, cost control, stock management, and ensuring compliance with food safety, HACCP and health & safety procedures. The role also involves supervising and developing kitchen team members, maintaining cleanliness and equipment, minimising waste, and working closely with front-of-house teams to deliver an excellent guest experience.
