As a Box Office agent you will be responsible in assisting guests with their show ticket needs. Box Office agents are resources for all guest questions with an energetic, upbeat and positive attitude. Generates revenue by selling and issuing show tickets directly to guests at the Box Office. Responsible for collecting funds/documentation for tickets.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Processing and verifying credit card and cash transactions

Maintain constant surveillance of cash drawer to ensure accuracy

Maintain superior customer service both in person and over the phones

Answer phone promptly and with a phone

Guest relations

Will call window

Processing opening and closing paperwork

Knowledge of talent and entertainment

Keep a clean, well-groomed appearance …
