Position Summary

The Sous Chef asisists the Executive Sous Chef and Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing daily culinary operations across concession kitchens, premium hospitality areas, suites, catering services, banquets, and special events within the Civic Center, Auditorium, Amphitheater, and all venues under the purview of this position.
