Responsibilities

Monitor security camera and parking systems as well as maintaining active coverage of the Command Office

Conduct routine patrols of the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment for patrons, staff, vendors, and event participants

Monitor crowd behavior and intervene in disturbances or unsafe situations in a calm and professional manner

Promptly respond to emergencies, alarms, or incidents in accordance with venue policies, and escalate to management or law enforcement when appropriate

Complete detailed and accurate incident reports; participate in post-incident reviews with management …
