Role Description

The Event Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and operational delivery of VIP experiences across Live Nation’s UK touring portfolio, ensuring all event requirements are effectively advanced, resourced and executed to a consistently high standard.

Working collaboratively with international tour coordinators, internal stakeholders, artist management, promoters, venues and suppliers, the role oversees the operational readiness of assigned events, including venue facilities, suitable spaces, hospitality, staffing, security, access arrangements and on-site logistics. The Event Manager acts as a key operational contact for assigned tours, ensuring requirements are confirmed in advance, stakeholders remain aligned and potential issues are identified and addressed ahead of show day. …
