Food Safety Supervisor - Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater at Virginia Beach

• The Role
• Objective:
• Ensure that all aspects of food operation service are being executed safely and in accordance with HACCP plan. Be a representative of Legends and facilitate County Health Department visits during events.

• Description:
• Before Concert: Inspect all food stands prior to shows to identify and resolve any potential health violations. This includes but is not limited to: making sure Temperature Logs are posted on refrigeration and hot holding stations; all necessary logs for production are available for cooks; all thermometers, small wares, gloves, etc... are available in locations for cook staff; all hand towel dispensers and soap dispensers are stocked; Check hand washing stations to make sure hot water is working.

During Concert: County Health Officials will be on site every event to review our operation and do a walkthrough of the venue. This will occur during the event while the kitchens are operating. The Food Safety Supervisor will accompany the Officials during their visit and rectify any violations that may be acknowledged. Before and after the visit the Food Safety Supervisor will continue to walk the venue to identify and rectify any potential violation. …
