• SUMMARY
• The Premium Expo / Lead Food Runner is responsible for coordinating the timely and accurate delivery of food orders to premium suites while serving as the primary liaison between the kitchen and suite service teams. This position oversees and directs Food Runners, ensures food quality and presentation standards are met, manages order flow from production to delivery, and supports exceptional guest experiences through effective communication and leadership.
• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive, organize, and distribute food orders from the kitchen to Premium Suites and service locations.

Serve as the primary liaison between Suite Attendants, Food Runners, Supervisors, and Kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and clear communication.

Verify order accuracy, quality, presentation, and completeness before food leaves the kitchen.

Coordinate and direct Food Runners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all food orders. …
