Position Summary

The Box Office Attendant responsible for ticket sales and customer service for all ticketed events at the Tyson Event Center/Orpheum Theatre. While delivering exceptional customer service to patrons. This role requires a strong understanding of the Ticketmaster system, event details, and venue seating configurations to assist guests with ticket purchases and inquiries. The attendant processes transactions, handles cash and credit payments with accuracy, and ensures proper distribution of tickets and change.
