Beverage Supervisor

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a  Part Time Beverage Supervisor  at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts 01608.  This is a part time, event related position.

• POSITION SUMMARY:
• This position primarily oversees all Beverage operations which include making sure all suites are ready to be used. Position oversees setting up portable bars, breaking down portable bars, and assisting with monthly beverage inventory, assisting concession/warehouse needs, and assisting Banquet functions when there are limited Suite duties.  This position also oversees all suite attendants, bartenders and barbacks in the absence of the Food and Beverage Outlets Manager.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training of all suite attendants/barbacks

Overall Assistance helping all Food and Beverage areas including concessions and banquets

Communicating with suite customers to ensure all needs have been met

Prepare tasks for function rooms/arena bar settings and side work lists

Maintaining all suite/bar equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance

Involved in all food and beverage monthly reporting and inventory as assigned …
