Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Prep Cook at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center . This position is responsible for preparing food items in the kitchen and/or concessions, following food safety standards, and supporting the food service operations for the facility.

Please note that Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center Food and Beverage employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11 , and union membership is a condition of employment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Set up stations and gather all necessary supplies to prepare the menu for service.

Properly label and date food items for storage.

Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products to ensure smooth service during events.
