Concessions Supervisor - The Mann Center

• The Role:
• The Concessions Supervisor reports directly to the General Manager and Operations Manager. They will oversee and support the operational pre-event set-up at all concessions locations, as well as the post event clean-up. They will oversee the execution of all aspects of Legends’ food and beverage program, provide excellent customer service, and adhere to Legends Hospitality standards.

Responsibilities:

Closely follows and fully completes opening and closing checklists provided by Management.

Possesses extensive knowledge of Legends’ food and beverage program.

Assists in the training and management of event day staff to assure compliance with company service and sanitation standards.

Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.

Supervises and works closely with all concessions staff to ensure that product is properly set and displayed prior to the start of each event.

Assists in coordinating the movement, delivery and pick-ups of necessary equipment and product to and from all concession stands before, during and after events.

Ensures proper menu items, as well as pricing, are up for display for each event. …
