- FLSA STATUS: Part-time/On call, hourly, Non-Exempt
- Summary
- This position washes and properly stores all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups and small equipment for the department, while maintaining the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and organized condition.
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and clean inventory of small wares, utensils, and kitchen supplies.
- Keep area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary
- Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions for kitchen personnel.
- DUTIES:
- Keep all dishes, small wares, and utensils clean.
- Organize and maintain proper inventory of small wares, utensils, and cleaning supplies and equipment, reordering when necessary.
- Clean and properly maintain working areas and equipment in the kitchen.
- Organize and properly store perishables for cooks and receiving and issuing clerks.
- Follow all rules and regulations of ASM Global Food & Beverage.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Delivery and set-up and breakdown of all equipment to prospective functions
