Job Classification: Non-Exempt, Part Time

Work Schedule: As Needed (including weekends and holidays)

Reporting Relationship: Event Services Manager and FOH Managers

The Event Staff is responsible for supporting parking operations, event setup and teardown, and the successful execution of events at the King Center for the Performing Arts.

Major Duties:

Assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of event parking areas, including placement and removal of signs, cones, chains, barricades, and other parking equipment.

Perform parking operations during events, including scanning and selling parking passes, directing vehicles, and assisting patrons with general and VIP parking.

Monitor parking areas during events to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow and address parking-related issues as needed.

Assist with event setup and teardown throughout the facility, including tables, chairs, signage, stanchions, and other event-related equipment.

Support the Event Services Manager and FOH Managers with event operations and other assigned tasks.
