• Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Banquet Server position with Legends Global/Boeing Center at Tech Port.
• The Banquet Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service during catered events. This role ensures guests receive high-quality, seamless experiences by providing attentive service, maintaining presentation standards, staying in compliance with health code, and supporting event setup and breakdown.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.

Setup of events (anywhere from plateups, to receptions, to buffets)

Attention to detail (napkin folds, seams on tables, uniform setups)

Setting up all catering needs for event (back stations, replenishments, etc.) to ensure an efficiently run event

Attention to polishing and keeping a neat workspace

Breakdown of event is thorough, spotless, and clean items returned to their locations …
