Event Coordinator

• Job Summary: The Event Coordinator serves as the primary operational contact for assigned events, providing exceptional client service and coordinating all event planning activities from contract execution through event settlement. This position works closely with clients, promoters, tenants, internal departments, vendors, and production teams to ensure each event is planned, communicated, and executed in accordance with client expectations and T-Mobile Center operational standards.
• The Event Coordinator is responsible for managing event logistics, coordinating facility resources, communicating operational requirements across departments, and fostering strong client relationships that contribute to a successful event experience.
