Position Summary

The Event Assistant provides hands-on support for private events at the Ken Garff University Club at Rice-Eccles Stadium. This position assists the Events and Operations teams with event setup, décor, inventory, and day-of event needs to help ensure each event is organized, polished, and ready for guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to help create memorable guest experiences.
