Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of The Founder's Room, a premier restaurant and hospitality experience located within The Paramount Baltimore. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while overseeing daily restaurant operations, service standards, staffing, financial performance, and team development. As a key member of the opening team, the Restaurant Manager will help establish the culture, service standards, operating procedures, and guest experience for The Founder's Room from opening day forward.

This role pays an annual salary of $65,000 - $75,000 and is bonus eligible. …
