- POSITION: Bartender
- DEPARTMENT: Food and Beverage
- REPORTS TO: Director of Food & Beverage
- FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service while maintaining a positive guest experience
- Process guest orders and payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and supplies
- Follow all responsible alcohol service, health, safety, and sanitation standards
