Motors Technician

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Help maintain, troubleshoot, repair electric chain hoist, hand operated hoist, power distribution systems and assemble power distribution products under supervision of the department lead.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job under direct supervision of the Motor Department Lead.

Familiarity with soldering, use of a multimeter and use of standard tools

Attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy to ensure production at expected quality and quantity levels.

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems.

Ability to perform general assembly techniques.

Ability to work collaboratively with employees.

Basic knowledge of computers.

Basic knowledge of 3 phase electrical systems.

Lifting and physical labor is required.

Ability to read basic wiring diagrams.
