- POSITION OVERVIEW:
- The Suites & Catering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of premium services at a 6,000-seat arena, including luxury suites, catering, bar service, and select concessions. This hands-on leadership role ensures high standards of guest service, staff performance, and operational excellence before, during, and after events. This position will supervise and elevate staff to ensure consistent, efficient, and professional service delivery.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Premium Service Oversight
- · Supervise all aspects of suite and catering operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown for events.
- · Serve as a point of contact for suite guests and catering clients during events, ensuring high satisfaction.
